Challenge: The September is an e-commerce only luxury shoe retailer offering a selection of designer brands shipped for free throughout Canada. After a strong start, their marketing efforts began to falter when one of the company partners resigned. We stepped in to define their visual language and create design templates that could be used as future guidelines.
Solution: Working together to find the digital voice of the company, we saw a direct correlation between sales and digital efforts. Our email campaigns garnered the highest open and click-through rates since the company began, resulting in conversions within minutes of deployment. All new email programs were complemented with social media and website designs to create a comprehensive online experience for users.
